Timesheet questions are rarely about timesheets. Seven I get asked most, from billing morning tea to why your manager wants yours in by Tuesday.
I get asked about timesheets more than almost anything else. Usually on a Friday afternoon. Usually with a slightly guilty tone, as though the question itself is an admission of something.
It rarely is. Most timesheet questions are commercial questions wearing an administrative disguise, and once you separate the time recording system from the billing system, most of them answer themselves.
