A tongue-in-cheek sketch of 29 personas who show up to a facilitated session, and the serious truth about meeting each of them where they actually are.
I started to develop this picture as a bit of fun (using ai as my illustrator). A tongue-in-cheek sketch of all the people who turn up to a facilitated session.
I couldn't stop adding to the list of stakeholders. Every time I thought I'd captured the room, another persona walked in. The client shitting themselves that today's workshop will start a political shitstorm; the executive who arrives 15 minutes late and immediately asks everyone to recap; and the finance person, mentally calculating the fully loaded labour cost of every minute the workshop continues. Twenty-nine of them later, all of whom I think I have met, I made myself put the pen down.
